July 11: The others hiked down and met up with us, and we all continued down the hanging valley to the Partnach River. Our destination today is the Reintalangerhütte, with a warm fire, good food, great music and the German Army! And a playful kitten named Toni I made fast friends with.

The fog is very low this morning. It snowed most of the morning.
